ROBERT CLARKE SAN & ADE OSHODI PARTNERS is a Firm built on the pillars of commitment, diligence and excellence, in pursuance of our goals, the leadership of the Firm is maintained by our S. A. Oshodi Esq. the erstwhile Principal of the former ADE-OSHODI & CO and now Principal Partner. Our Chief Robert Clarke SAN remains a Partner and the Consultant of the Firm.
Our Chief Robert Clarke (SAN), was born on July 11, 1938, to a British father and a Hausa-Fulani mother from Bauchi. After studying law, he decided to establish his law practice and firm, Robert Clarke & Co.at the time, and has been in practice for more than 37 years. He is 50 years at the Bar and took the Silk 17 years ago when he was conferred with the Senior Advocate of Nigeria status.
Our S. A. Oshodi is no stranger to cause. He started his Legal experience by joining the then Clarke, Paiko & Co as a Legal Intern in the year 2002 until 2003 when he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School. He was again posted to Clarke, Paiko & Co where he completed his Chambers attachment during his Law School Program.
Upon successful completion of his Law School Program, S.A.Oshodi proceeded for his compulsory Youth Service in Jos, Plateau to serve with the Chambers of O.B.James & Co at No. 1, Kashim Ibrahim, Jos North, Plateau, a Firm personally recommended to him by Chief Robert Clarke (SAN). After completion of his Youth Service Program in July, 015, he returned to Clarke, Paiko & Co where he practiced and later rose to become the Deputy Head of Chambers. On mutual understanding with Chief Robert Clarke SAN, S.A.Oshodi resigned his role in Clarke, Paiko & Co to establish the Firm of ADE-OSHODI & CO in December of 2010. Since the establishment of ADE-OSHODI & CO, S.A.Oshodi and Chief Robert Clarke SAN partnered successfully in a number of cases either referred to S.A.Oshodi by Chief Robert Clarke SAN or vice versa till the eventual creation of ROBERT CLARKE SAN & ADE OSHODI PARTNERS on the 31st of August, 2022.
